After Thanksgiving, our main focus was on volleyball and skills related to that game. Each class #e worked on various volleyball hits, teamwork, and team strategies to use in #h games. 3=During the second quarter, #N continued to work on #h coordination, strength, and fitness levels. After Thanksgiving break, volleyball was #h main focus. #N worked daily on improving #h passing and serving skills to apply during the games. 4=This quarter, #N has continued to work on #h agility movements and various coordination skills. #E has also used #h body weight to help build strength. #E has also been working on #h throwing and catching skills too.
