Introduction
This term # investigated the unit 'How can we make our local area safer?'. This was a 'short' unit. # was expected to investigate a local issue common to most schools - parking. It involved * undertaking observational fieldwork, which led to * being involved in a simple decision-making exercise about how ^ could improve the quality of ~ immediate environment.

Section 1: Is our school on a busy road?
