Introduction
The unit 'Visiting a place of worship' extended and deepened #'s knowledge about beliefs and practices by enabling ~ to experience the atmosphere of a place of worship at first hand, to see features and artefacts in their place and possibly in use, and to meet and talk with leaders and members of a faith community. It also enabled * to consider the importance of special places in ~ own life and those of others.
